Their sauce game is by far the top of the food chain. Out of all the taco places/trucks I visit frequently (El Flamin and Leo's truck in LA, King Taco), Las Tortugas has the best hot sauce hands down (especially the creamy green/yellow sauce). They also have good variety of items and my favorites are their Asada Mulitas and Tacos. Parking is never an issue here unlike some LA spots as it's located in the corner of Stater Bro's lot. Great spot for your taco fix for OC residents especially if you want to avoid all the hassle of traffic and drive to LA.

The food here is really good. You cant go wrong with any item. Thats if you can't decide what to eat and the salsas amazing. I think that complements the food very well. One of Santa Ana's gems.

Okay guys.. I know exactly what your thinking when you see a food truck. Before las tortugas, I thought food trucks were gross and it was probable that you'd get food poisoning or something like that. Let me put those beliefs to rest. Las tortugas is THEE best food truck I've ever had so far! It's delicious! I've tried they're tacos, tortas, sope s, mulitas, and never once have I been disappointed.

The best tacos I tried in Santa Ana. I tried many trucks and there all different but this is the best tasting!!! Food and salsas are delicious!!! My often order is tacos of any meat with a the best consume that has chickpeas that is surprisingly pleasant since I’ve never tried it like that. THEY DESERVE A HIGHER RATING⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Probably the best Mexican food place in the city of Santa Ana has excellent Salsa not water down or anyting one downfall takes forever to get you food cuz it's always so many people even when there's not a lot of people it still takes forever to get your food but it's worth it
